Main.
Highest point is the
Wasserkuppe in the eastern region at 950 meters above sea level.
The capital is
Wiesbaden, the largest city and economic centre is
Frankfurt am Main. Other major cities in Hesse are Offenbach, Darmstadt, Fulda, Limburg, Marburg and Kassel.
